How can I make a return or exchange?
We are sorry that your Kurvusa product did not satisfy you. Please contact contact@Kurvusa.com providing your order number and the products you wish to return or exchange, and we will take care of the rest.
Help! I can’t find the return form.
No problem — Kurvusa packages do not include return forms. Just contact us at contact@Kurvusa.com and we will help you proceed with your return or exchange.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
To make a return, or if you have difficulty doing so within the 30-day period, please contact contact@Kurvusa.com.
You must provide your order number to request a return. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take between 5 and 10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you received a different product than the one you ordered, we apologize! Contact us at contact@Kurvusa.com and we will send you the correct Kurvusa product.
What is the return procedure if the product does not satisfy me?
Yes, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving the package.
Here are the packaging instructions:
- Place the items securely in a box.
- Apply the shipping label visibly on the address side of the package, covering any previous addresses and barcodes, without overlapping it onto other sides.
- Use the indicated address and apply adequate postage.
- Ship the package from the nearest post office or courier.
